The weather was cloudy so we didn?t get to see any stars which was a real shame, however Mark was engaging, informative and gave the group lots of advice and helpful tips. As a beginner I did struggle a bit as the rest of the group were more experienced but Mark was very helpful.

It was really good that it was a small group and that whilst we spent some time talking through the principles and being shown some good examples, much of the session was actually trying it in practice with on-hand advice to discuss photo options and approaches, and provide valuable advice on even on past photos as to how one could have improved it, which was very helpful

I really enjoyed the morning with Mark....knowing nothing at the beginning of the session and with Mark sharing the basics with the group throughout our time with him, I felt I was beginning to get it. Mark was patient, helpful and enthusiastic. Happy to recommend.

It was a great photography experience where I learned new skill and techniques as an amateur photographer. Mark is super friendly and helpful with a tonne of expertise, plus with it being such a small group, we had all the 1-2-1 time we needed with questions etc.

Everyone calls Mark, Happy Bob (misspent youth!) and he's a 20-year plus multi award-winning photographer and videographer, based in Peterborough, UK 2013 although he travels all over the county and to destinations if needed.

He tends to do a lot of wedding photography and editorial, but I also does other work such as corporate, events dog and horse photography and families. He loves street photography too, but he rarely gets a chance to indulge his passion.

I took this picture on January the 7th. The river was very high and I was thinking about getting some fast water shots while out for a walk with my camera.I've photographed this bridge many times before and moved to a spot I know on the east side of the bridge just in time to catch the sun set behind a tree on the opposite bank. I took several shots but this one stood out as the best. I never did get round to the fast water shots but there's always another time.Taken on a Canon M5 and edit

I took this photo of my wife on holiday in Cornwall. We had been looking at the beautiful sunsets on the beach through our hotel window during the week and noticed 9pm to 9:30 pm was the golden hour. We had this conversation at 8:30 in our room on the last night, and by 9pm we were on the beach with camera in hand.I had never taken an image like this before but have a good idea of camera settings. So after a few trial and error shots I found some settings to do the job. I also used som

The most beautiful Christmas is not the decorations, it is not the Christmas tree, it is not christmas songs played in the shops or the snow falling. The most beautiful Christmas is when you have loved ones with whom you can enjoy all this.

The photo was taken at Emsworth, a very picturesque harbour on the south coast of England. The sea was incredibly calm making it like a mirror, and the morning light was soft and warm in colour. I was stood on the harbour wall and framed the shot to include the sunken boat to give it scale and perspective.

The Brooklyn Bridge with the Empire State Building as viewed from DUMBO. I've been to NYC once before but this was my first time since starting photography. When I learned of this spot I knew I had to get my own photo of the iconic view. I only had a few lenses to choose from and a huge crowd of people to work around trying to get their own photos. The photo still turned out incredible if I may say.
